Jorge Lafuente

I am a recent college graduate from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX. I studied fashion design and received a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in design. I love everything about fashion from beginning to end. I can always see the finished product in my mind before I even start with the sketch. I have worked with several San Antonio based fashion designers, including Javier Castillo, Angelina Mata, and Rodrigo Virgen. I started designing jewelry as a hobby, then I started designing jewelry for friends and finally, for everyone else. I wanted to create something more than jewelry and so I got into fashion design. I am relocating to Chicago to pursue my dream of becoming an established designer and hopefully one day end up in New York in the fashion industry and runways.
