Joanna Posey

I grew up most of my life in Mississippi and Arkansas. My southern roots make up a lot of who I am. I have a BA in painting form the University of Arkansas. I have taught children throughout the years ages 3-10 in school settings and privately. I have dabbled in a a lot of mediums but painting is what I always go back to and I love it the most. I paint oil abstracts using very thick paint. I focus on unique color combinations and use of pattern and texture.
