Visual Art – San Diego
I\'m a visual artist living and working out of San Diego, California. My work is indebted to my youthful fascination of the comic book worlds I immersed myself within. The work I create is found somewhere between the juxtaposition of beauty and chaos, detail and simplicity, vulnerability and power. Each of my works seeks to reveal a story that begins way before the first mark is made and is not understood in its entirety until well after the final. It may be called illustration, pop surrealism, drawings or paintings, but to me they are all stories imagined, real and unreal, beautiful and merciless in color and purpose.
