Photography – Nashville

I remember. Via Photos. Expressions, laughs, smiling, or otherwise. I realized, young, that the black box could give me a photo that, at any point, could remind me of how I felt at that time, even the scents. I’ve shot everything from a pinhole camera, my Grandfather’s Pentax cameras to my current DSLR\'s. ~I miss the darkrooms in college!~ They have an allure, and mystery. I knew I would keep shooting with purpose when this happened: A friend, beautiful in her own right, just couldn\'t see the beauty in herself that I did. We (women) can be terrible about that. Upon seeing her shots...she gushed, punching me in the arm, saying \"You made me Hot!!\" I\'m blessed to be the vehicle to show off what is already beautiful. I\'m proud to be published in Rebel Ink Issue #22 for family portraits, Maxim this November 2013 for a local dive bar, and The international childbirth Educator\'s Magazine for my maternity pictures.
