Visual Art – Minneapolis
I am a Russian-born, Minneapolis-based visual artist specializing in illustration and fine art. While growing up in my Siberian hometown, I was always surrounded by the arts (not just the snow)! I was a busy kid juggling art school, music school, and even dance classes with the help and encouragement from my family. When I moved to the United States at the age of ten, I had to adapt to a completely new culture, and not knowing any English, art really became the universal language that allowed me to have a familiar piece of home in a foreign land. This really made my passion for the creative field increase and I knew that no matter what I did in the future, I always wanted to use my creative abilities in my career. I am excited to share my work with the RAW community and I hope that it illustrates the dedication and the love that I have for this field.
