Accessories – New Orleans
I grew up in the suburbs of New Orleans and I\'m a southern girl through and through. I graduated from Samford University in May of 2010 with a B.A. degree in theatrical costume design and dance. Upon graduation, I went on to work in New York as a costume designer for a children\'s theatre company. After which, I decided I was more suited for \"The Big Easy\" vs \"The Big Apple,\" and returned to my home in New Orleans. In dire need of a break from the drama of the stage, I started my own fashion line of accessories. I began small and tested my market at local arts and crafts markets. Once I established a humbling amount of recognition, my work was being sold in local boutiques and featured on fashion blogs. I have a diverse clientele and my accessories range from elegant birdcage veils for brides, feather fascinators for boutiques, to elaborate carnival headpieces for Mardi Gras ball goers. All of my pieces are handmade and designed by me, right here, in the greatest city in the world!
