Performing Art – Nashville

I am a recent MTSU graduate who is aiming for the next step. I am a choreographer/dancer and my style is Hip Hop/Pop. My time in college I developed and showcased my dance and choreography through MPAC, a performing arts company at MTSU. My style is described as what would be in music videos and live performances by musical acts with theatrics and imaginative themes. Dance is a great feeling for me especially when it's time to perform on stage. My inpirations are Michael and Janet Jackson, Broadway, POP and R&B videos from the late 90's/early 00's, live tours and the world around me. I love creating and giving an audience an experience by taking them on a journey to familiar and unfamiliar places. I am very big on imagination and I think that it is the key to really being an artist. I would really like to get into choreographing and dancing for major musical acts and move into creative directing for tours, award shows and TV. I am excited for the future possibilities that my performing art will bring and will always keep developing and pushing my artistic abilities as far as I can.
