My name is Bianca. I am currently pursuing a degree at Metropolitan State University of Denver. I am studying Spanish and Entreprenuership. My dream is to open an At Risk Youth high school based on the arts and entreprenueralism. I\'ve had this vision following my best friends death growing up. Art saved me, healed me, and helped me grow. Ever since then i knew i wanted to save lives through art. I\'ve been making art since i could walk, but found my style nitch in the 8th grade. If it wasnt for the blessing of creating art with my hands, i would not be here before you, sharing it with you and the world. My art allows me understand others, my sorroundings and keeps me from going crazy. I used to hate the term Xicana,i battled my identity for awhile until i realized Xicana is what I am at heart. The nick name Bianquiz comes from my baby years and adopted it forever, now its my stage name! My creation allows me to express wordless stories into colorful images.
