Laura McDonough

I’m 27 years old; I’m a recent Seattleite, within the last several years. I moved to Seattle to gain residency to attend graduate school at the University of Washington. I received my undergraduate degree in 2009 from the University of Idaho. I’ve been creating art ever since I can remember. Traditionally I’m a landscape painter, but within the last 10 years I’ve moved into abstract art, whether that is painting, sculpture, mix media or just crafting in general. I love creating all kinds of art but my heart lies with large acrylic and oil paintings even more so if I get to use unconventional materials for my canvas.
