Laura's art is all about being present in the moment and always harnessing an upward trajectory. In a sense her art is about failure. In order to learn, we must first do. Changing trajectory is about having the insight and instinct to learn and having an upward trajectory allows us to focus and adjust all in the name of doing something better.
Painting and photography are the most intimate of mediums where Laura puts her theory into practice. Breaking down barriers, removing constraints and increasing degrees of freedom are all important concepts to allow her to promote creative forces.
Laura is an abstract artist based in the Hermosa Beach area of Los Angeles, CA. When she isn't painting abstract art or photographing sunsets she's playing beach volleyball, watching the Seattle Seahawks play or sipping really, really good coffee.
