I have been painting as far back as I can recall. I grew up in Wollongong and spent most of my childhood and teenage years competing and breathing gymnastics. The essence of my spirit is a credit to my mother and father. Self value and confidence were instilled at an early age. In my early twenties I moved to Sydney and settled into Coogee. A place that I now call home. It wasn’t until my mid twenties that a slow storm would roll in and force me to face the deepest parts of myself. A time of change and reflection, awakening a sleeping soul. With a new found purpose and strong sense of who I was, I set out to just simply be present in every moment. In the wake of freeing my spirit I found grounding in myself and an overwhelming sense of desire for infinite possibilities that rises up inside me with every new day. Art is the birth of my honesty. I hope that my truth reaches you in some way.
