Makeup by Chelsey

A Makeup Artist who was born and raised in a teeny town in Maine. I decided I needed a change in my life so I stopped everything and moved to California to pursue makeup. I\'ve always loved makeup and having the ability to make women (and men!) feel beautiful on a regular basis is incredible. I love working with bright colors and playing up people\'s natural features. I also enjoy making my own creative works of art using their face as my canvas.
