Marnie Blum

Visual Art – Raleigh

Marnie J. Blum was born in California in 1970. She is a mixed media artist who has had solo exhibitions in North Carolina at Sunflower Studio & Gallery in Wake Forest, Orange County Public Library in Hillsborough, and Blake Street Shops & Studios in Raleigh. Her work has also been featured in a guild group exhibition called “High Tea”; has been accepted into a juried group exhibition (October 2014) and will be a featured artist (January 2015) at Visual Art Exchange in Raleigh. Blum’s work has been published in three “Best of Mixed Media” books; “Incite: Dreams Realized” (North Light Books, 2013), “Incite 2: Color Passions” (North Light Books, 2014), and \"Incite 3: The Art of Storytelling\" (North Light Books, Fall 2015). She has received Special Recognition for her work “Exposed” and “Accidental Bliss;” and Special Merit for “The Thundering Rocks at Jade Cove” and “Soundscape” from Light Space and Time. Marnie J.
