Performing Art – New Orleans
Mélange Dance Company is directed by Founding Artistic Director Monica Ordoñez and Executive Director, Alexa Erck. The company is comprised of a fusion of dancers who are well versed in a variety of training, background and styles of dance. We aim to bring contemporary dance to the forefront of New Orleans entertainment and present audiences with cutting edge choreography that is thoughtful in its approach to engage, through a careful connection of movement to music and emotion. Performances collaborate choreography with other areas of art, such as cinematography and design, to ensure a unique and high quality presentation of dance.
