METAPHOBIX

I am a Connecticut based artist who specializes in digital photography and photo manipulation as well as character make up and special effects work for film and video. I began my professional career producing props and mechanically animated characters for the haunted attraction industry. Sculpting, mold making, life casting, character make-up and improvisational acting were a few of the skills necessary to learn in this specialized industry. In 2000, I turned my focus toward photography and video production, completing an internship in broadcasting for the local public access channel while teaching myself photo/video editing and animation techniques. I found digital media to be very satisfying and soon began producing my own original art while indulging my own creative pursuits. I am active in the community, exhibiting in local galleries and networking with other artists. I offer custom design in digital art, music, event, and portrait style photography as well as graphics for T- shirt design, CD / DVD covers, Greeting Cards, Posters, Framed Prints and accessories.
