Kristina Kirby (Museworthy Treasures)

I\'m a jewelry, hair accessory, and costume designer/creator. I love to take broken pieces of jewelry and make them into new pieces, deconstruct and upcycle just about anything, and use a wide variety of materials old and new. I\'ve been collecting and creating art through multiple mediums since I was a child. A large amount of my collection of rare and unique beads and supplies have been passed down from my great grandmothers, other family members, and close friends. I love going to thrift stores and garage sales to search for buried treasures that I can incorporate into my pieces. Inspiration comes to me from the beauty I find all around me everyday. Each piece is considered with care and comes in a custom keepsake box or pouch. I am passionate and believe that my jewelry designs and custom couture pieces can teach consumers to be mindful of current environmental concerns to be thoughtful and not give up admiring beauty.
