OZ Productions has produced and directed shorts, music videos, commercials, and public service announcements. Director/Producer, Christian Oh, has competed in many timed shorts competitions and recently won the 72 Hour Film Shootout for Best Director in 2012. He received his film background education from George Washington University Documentary Center, internships with Adobe at Cannes and Venice Film Festivals, and volunteering and helping with projects with many other non-profits and creatives. Christian is a true imagineer, looking to do things not just outside of the box, but creating new type of boxes.
Christian has had a long standing on the boards of DC Shorts Film Festival (www.dcshorts.com) and is the Executive Director of DC Asian Pacific American Film Festival (www.apafilm.org).
Outside of his day job as a Lead Training Manager, Christian has been a pillar in the Asian American and DMV Film communities. His dream is to continue to create, promote, and produce films and events that capture the spirit of creativity and media. He hopes OZ Productions will be that avenue that helps foster such dreams.
