Accessories – Cleveland
I tried to knit a pair of mittens and it went wrong – really wrong. It was early November in the UK at the time and it was pretty cold outside. The “mittens” had been knitted from white wool and I decided if I was going to make them into a willy warmer, it would have to be the funniest thing I could think of. I added some black bead eyes and a knitted carrot nose and the snowman was born! He sold almost immediately and I decided to branch out; the Christmas Pudding, the Single Red Rose and the Cockie Monster soon came following after.
