Photography – Phoenix

I caught the photography bug when I was about 10, when my father bought an Asahi Pentax. Soon after that, I was processing my own film, in my home-built darkroom, which eventually led to my pursuit as a Yearbook Photographer for my High School. My growth in the field has continued to evolve ever since. While I am a techie, with an Engineering & Psychology background, my real passion is the arts; to create visual art which appease the senses. My end-goal is to create art which is evocative. For me, it is all about the art & emotion aspects; the photograph is only the medium, the means to an end. A priority, when creating such art, is to establish relationships with the people that I work with. It’s a part of the connection-building process. We meet, we work together, and we part as friends, sharing common interests & goals.
