Theresa Hopkins

I am a mixed-media artist. My artwork has a common thread of REuse, REcycle, REpurpose. I use found objects as canvas and media to create my works. Most of the objects I find are discarded, forgotten, rusty and decrepit items. I find beauty in urban decay. The natural patina of the city in forgotten or unwanted areas provides a plethora of bounty for artits like myself. My end results are usually influenced by graffiti, urban decay, recycled objects and a heavy influence from graphic design.
