Revamped Art Studio

I am a self taught artist that has always loved to paint, draw, and create, but I never thought I could make a career out of it. I come from a poor, single parent family, and wanted a better future for myself and family. At 18, I pushed my talents and ultimate love to the side and went on to obtain a BA in Communications. I was determined to make good money and quickly landed myself a corporate job I didn\'t love, but paid well. At the time, I thought money was everything, but after three years of long, boring days staring at a computer screen, I realized I was miserable. I started thinking, \"If I am willing to put this much effort into making someone else\'s dreams come true, why aren\'t I making my own come true?\" A couple of weeks later I surprised everyone, including myself, by quitting my job and devoting all of my attention to art and developing my talents. I consider myself lucky for realizing what my true passion is at 27, rather than 57, and also for having such supportive friends and family members. My mom, brothers, fiancé, sister-in-law, extended family, and friends support me 100% and it means the world to me. I now wake up everyday with a smile on my face, excited to get to work on my next project.
