Photography – Boise

I have always had a passion for all things artistic and creative. I am a multi-disiplined artist, with a background in photography, drawing, painting, acting, writing and modeling. I am the Marketing & Outreach Director for the Velma V. Morrison Center for the Performing Arts, where I oversee all of the marketing, public relations, design, website (design and upkeep) and sponsorships for the Center. I also oversee the outreach and education initiatives including the Velma V. Morrison Family Theatre Series and Summer Performance Camps. I am also the President of the AIGA Idaho Board. In addition, I run Treats Photography, a part time photography business specializing in nature, concept, portraits and more. I enjoys having the ability to create and inspire others with my art and capturing beauty through the lens of my camera. I started out taking photos of nature, my lovely children and our vacations together. My passion for that must have shined enough, because a couple years ago, my husband decided to get me my own DSLR and computer to post process. It all blossomed from there. I still LOVE nature photography and that will always be a top genre for me, but over the past couple of years I have found that working with the lovely people in my community and capturing their special moments are equally fulfilling. I especially love coming up with unique concepts and bringing them to life, from working with other local artist, designing costumes, to finding the perfect location. I live by my motto: Live Your Passion, Make A Difference, and Leave A Legacy
