Will Tran

I am an International Choreographer and have represented Australia across Europe and USA as both a teacher and a dancer. I have only lived in Canberra and have remained in this city to continually provide excellent education in dance for dancers wishing to extend their training. A part from dancing I work in management of local and international artists and dance events. I wish to create a product from my persona that is able to provide continuous and sustainable work irrespective of my age. I have an Arts degree majoring in Creative Writing and Counselling and was previous a veterinary nurse and now work in Canberra\'s specialist aquarium store. I believe that dance is a representation of life and it is so important to invest in all aspects of your life, whether it be out of the ordinary or domestic and this will inherently make you a better dance purely from familiarity to the subject of choreography. As a choreography I create and framework of a narrative for the dancers to take into their bodies and then express for the class or audience. It is so important that what I create come from the heart and is relatable to all persons dancers or not.
