Andrea Woodward, the visionary force behind Hermitage Dance Academy (HDA), has always been driven by a profound commitment to realizing dreams. Her journey began in 1997, amidst her studies at Cumberland University, where she laid the foundation for what would become a remarkable legacy in the world of dance. Starting with a modest single-room studio and just 50 students, Andrea's unwavering dedication has since blossomed HDA into a thriving institution.

Today, HDA stands as a testament to Andrea's tireless vision, boasting five expansive studios, a bustling dancewear store, a dynamic competition team, and a sought-after after-school program. But Andrea's influence transcends the confines of her academy; she has become a guiding light within the dance community, revered for her teaching acumen and artistic brilliance.

Across the nation, Andrea's talents have been in high demand, leading master classes and crafting choreography for studios far and wide. Her illustrious career includes over a decade of touring as a master teacher on the KAR Convention National Tour, where she has left an indelible mark on aspiring dancers.

Recognition has been a constant companion on Andrea's journey. HDA's ascent to prominence has been punctuated by accolades from the FDC, culminating in a remarkable #1 ranking in the Southeast region and #10 nationwide. Under Andrea's mentorship, her students have garnered countless awards and scholarships, making waves on prestigious platforms like "So You Think You Can Dance" season 15.

Throughout her career, Andrea's choreography has captivated audiences and judges alike, earning her prestigious awards year after year. Her commitment to her craft and her students has been honored with numerous Teacher of the Year and Choreographer of the Year titles.

But Andrea's passion extends beyond the realm of dance. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Cumberland University, she is deeply invested in nurturing the next generation of artists and entrepreneurs. Now, alongside her role as a dance educator and choreographer, Andrea has embarked on a new endeavor: Reverie Collective. Named after the concept of daydreaming, Reverie Collective is Andrea's latest project, dedicated to helping herself and fellow professionals achieve the aspirations they often dream about. With Andrea at the helm, this venture promises to empower artists and business owners alike to thrive and flourish in their respective fields, embodying Andrea's enduring commitment to realizing dreams, both on and off the stage.
